Cycling for Jemima

currybikeCalder House children had a hugely successful day yesterday. Ellie, Ollie, Harish, Joe, Edward, Kieran, Andrea, Henry, Albie and seven year old Kitty all cycled the entire 15 mile route, led by Harish’s dad, Karthee, and accompanied by lots of parents and supporters. We were so touched by surprise appearances from colleagues too.

They were greeted at the end by a wonderful curry cooked by Mala and by all accounts they had such a good time that plans are already afoot for next year.

The event has raised over £750 already, thank you very much indeed Ellie and Harish.

  1. Super work kids in that heat too, how proud you will have made so many, seems Jemima had the most wonderful friends

  2. Well done to all of you who took part in the 15 mile cycle fund raising event. My wife, and I were in Bath on holiday and donated when we saw you all at the George Inn at Bathhamton. Again well done on what was a very hot day (We could not have done it) and carry on the good work. Best Wishes Neil & Elaine.
