Purple Class “Tuck Shop” raises £100

It is a tradition at Calder House School that the purple class run a tuck shop throughout their final year at the school, and use the venture to learn about business and handling money. As a reward they are allowed to spend the year’s proceeds on a treat to share with fellow schoolmates.

This year they raised a record £100 and guess what? They voted unanimously to donate the entire amount to Jemima’s Gift.

Thank you so much Purple Class. Jemima would be very proud of you all.
