Since Jemima died, many people have commented on how much she packed into her short life. She really did have a zest for life, an enthusiasm for everything that she did and a willingness to ” have a go” at any activity that captured her imagination. She would be delighted if part of her legacy was to encourage others to do the same.
This weekend Jemima’s Dad, Tim, fulfilled a lifetime ambition to play in a brass band! Many of you have already committed to take part in really exciting activities to raise funds for Jemima’s Gift.
If you have been inspired to take up a new activity, learn a new skill or take part in a new experience because of what you have read on these pages, we would love to hear about it. It doesn’t have to be a fund-raising activity – we think it will be a while before Tim will earn any money from his cornet playing!
Let’s live life to the full in memory of a little girl who did just that!
